    Welcome to Ronin Cosmos! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ronin Cosmos, a game where players build infrastructure and production facilities on the planet in outer space. By accessing or using Ronin Cosmos, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • User Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old to use Ronin Cosmos. By accessing or using Ronin Cosmos, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

    • To access Ronin Cosmos, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • Game Rules

    • You agree to abide by the rules and guidelines set forth in Ronin Cosmos. This includes but is not limited to rules regarding gameplay, communication with other players, and acceptable conduct.

  • Virtual Goods

    • Ronin Cosmos may include virtual goods that can be purchased with virtual currency or real money. You acknowledge and agree that virtual goods have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services outside of Ronin Cosmos.

  • User Conduct

    • You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations. This includes but is not limited to cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, harassing other players, or engaging in any form of discrimination or hate speech.

  • Intellectual Property

    • All intellectual property rights in Ronin Cosmos, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Ronin Cosmos without our prior written consent.

  • Termination

    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ronin Cosmos at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or disruptive behavior.

  • Disclaimer of Warranty

    • Ronin Cosmos IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • Limitation of Liability

    • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF Ronin Cosmos.

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Marshall Islands. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Marshall Islands.
